Staff Application
Camp in the Community recognizes our greatest strength is our staff. We take great consideration of each application and encourage Christians who are outstanding role models to apply. If you are interested in becoming part of our summer staff (18+) please fill out an application, which is available below. Staff pay rates are based on experience but start at $400/week for US hires, plus housing and meals. The pay range for international hires is based on agency fees and requirements. "Working at camp in the community, for me, was one of the greatest privileges I've ever had. I went there so that, through me, God could touch the lives of the children in the community. However, I was the one who got touched. I've never felt so at peace and so blessed, as I did then, knowing that God always has greater plans than we have for ourselves. It was my absolute favourite part of camp & the memories will always bring a smile to my face, as I remember what a great God I serve."
